RETURN POLICY (INDIA)

  • RETURNS ARE PERMISSIBLE ONLY FOR FULL PRICED ITEMS.        
  • AN ITEM PURCHASED USING GIFT CARD OR ANY OTHER KIND OF DISCOUNT / PROMOTION COUPON OFFERED BY TGAC SHALL NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURNS.
  • RETURNS for any Eligible Item can be applied through our website only by filling the RETURN FORM WITHIN 7 Days of Receiving the Item. 
  • The Item must meet the requirements outlined in our ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA below.
  • Returns will NOT be accepted without an approved RA (Return Authorization). We do not accept returns initiated through email. 
  • Click HERE to Fill the Return Form and Submit the same with us. Please Include your Order Number and Item/s you wish to return. 
  • Once we receive your Return Request, we shall review the same & check whether the item complies with our Policies and qualifies for returns or not. 
  • Once the Item Qualifies for Returns, RA and a label will be issued to you within 2-3 Business Days on your nominated email address. 
  • Once your return is confirmed and the label is supplied, pack your items. Be Sure to include all things that you received with your original order. 
  • Print your Label, Secure it to your Package and we will arrange a Pick up for you*
  • We DO NOT accept any Packet being sent Directly to our Office Address without complying with the company procedures and SOPs. Such cases will be outrightly denied and our Company will not take any responsibility or bear any incidental expenses done by the Customer. 

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Returns are entertained as long as the product/s are unused, unwashed, defective/damaged and returned in saleable condition with all their original packaging, tags, and invoices. 
  • Items must NOT have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, Online, Commercially or for personal gain. 
  • Items should NOT be Soiled or have any kind of stains / spots. 
  • No Perfumes or other fragrances be used while trying the outfits. 
  • We Recommend trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe and complying all our procedures.
  • Our Company Follows the Highest Level of Quality Control to keep the items free from any kind of defects / manufacturing flaws. We keep Photographic records of all the merchandise while shipping. So any intentional tampering with the outfit in terms of creating any unnatural defect is strictly prohibited and no refund will be given if it comes to our notice while Inspection. The outfit will be returned back to you on Customer’s Expenses. 
  • TGAC believes in Customer Satisfaction & Happiness for which it offers a Unique Gift Box Experience for the merchandise it sells which includes a High Grade Recyclable Brand Box, Tissue Packing, Labels, Thank You Note. We expect all of them in Original Condition as they are a vital part of our merchandise. Spoiling them wont let us use them again. 
  • TGAC believes in making this Planet more Sustainable and is strictly against use of Polyesters. The fabrics that we use - Natural Cottons, Viscose and Delicate Silks have some tendency of minor flaws like Yarn Twisting, Slippage, tolerable variation in Colors from our E-Commerce Store Presentation. 
  • We have a Back-End Team to help you choose the Right Outfit for you via Chat / Email Support. Please use these platforms and plan your purchase carefully. We strive to make your shopping experience a very pleasant one. 

RETURN PICK UP

  • Once your item qualifies for Returns and RA is issued from our side, we shall arrange its  FREE Pick Up within 3 Business Days through our Logistics Partners. 
  • In the Event of Unavailability of reverse pick up facility from your address (Eg Regional Cities / Small Towns), you are requested to please courier your order back to us at the address mentioned below. Please pack your package securely and put necessary labels and use a Reliable Courier Service. In the Event of Mishandling / Loss in Transit / Unforeseen Circumstances, the Company won't be liable for any loss or damage. 


 

REFUND POLICY

  • Customers have Two Options to get the Refund, explained as under : 
  • Customers can either take Monetary Refund on their Purchase or take Reward Points against the same that can be used for their Future Purchase. 
  • In Case the Customer opts for Reward Points, he/ she will be entitled to 100% of the purchase price paid and the same will be credited to their TGAC Account. The same can be used to make a purchase immediately or can be stored till a period of 60 Days from the date of credit. 
  • In Case the Customer opts for Refund, Handling & Operational Fee of 7% (Of Purchase / Payment Value) will be deducted from the amount of Purchase Price and Balance shall be refunded towards the Original Mode of Payment.  
  • In Case of COD (Cash on Delivery), Customers will be entitled to Store Reward Points which can be used to make any alternative purchase within 60 Days. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • In case Customer wants to Exchange any item or wants to pick any other alternative option, TGAC Recommends to Follow Returns Procedure only. 
  • TGAC shall credit Purchase Equivalent Store Points to Customer’s Account that can be used to buy any other available Size / Merchandise. 

FINAL AUTHORITY


GETAWAY CLOTHING PRIVATE LIMITED Reserves the right to Accept / Reject the Return Request placed by the Customer and will be final with no further scope of communication. 


AMENDMENT


THIS POLICY MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME BY GETAWAY CLOTHING PRIVATE LIMITED, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. ANY PURCHASE FROM US FOLLOWING ANY SUCH AMENDMENTS WILL BE DEEMED TO BE CONFIRMATION THAT YOU ACCEPT THOSE AMENDMENTS. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHECK OUR WEBSITE’S CURRENT TERMS, BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE. OUR AGENTS, TEAMS, STAFF DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE ANY TERMS.
