Shipping (INTERNATIONAL)

ORDER PROCESSING

All the orders are processed for shipment within 4 Business days for International Deliveries (Counted from the Next Day of Placing the Order). Orders are Shipped Monday to Friday EXCEPT for National Holidays, Public Holidays or any other Holiday as notified by the Government of India. 

Orders are delivered between 10-12 business days.  Unforeseen circumstances on our  logistics provider’s end or any other Exception at Customs Port may sometimes cause delays. However please be rest assured that our Customer Service team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to get your orders delivered at the earliest.

When your order has been placed, a Confirmation Email will be sent to your nominated email address. If there is any delay in processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by Email. 


SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping Charges shall APPLY  to All International orders and are NOT Free. The same shall be calculated at the time of Check Out before proceeding to the Payment Gateway. 


SHIPPING PARTNERS

TGAC used Third Party Integrations with Logistic Giants like ARAMEX ; UPS to name a few for shipping orders outside India. They handle your Orders in the best possible way and ensure a Safe & Fast Delivery to You! The Customers can track their Orders Real Time using the Unique  Tracking Codes generated  at the shipping time. 


POST SHIPMENT

Once your order has been shipped, a Unique Tracking Number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the Shipping email.


CUSTOM DUTY / TAXES / OTHER LEVIES “IF ANY”

Your order may be subject to import duties once the package reaches the destination country. The customs authorities may levy an additional charge towards imports, customs and taxes, and shall be borne and paid by Customer. Please note that GETAWAY CLOTHING PRIVATE LIMITED has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information. 

Additionally, when ordering from the www.tgac.in website, you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you are ordering the goods.

 

RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The Company Policy DOES NOT Permit Returns / Exchange of any International Orders that are Shipped Out Of India. 

Rest Assured, there is no fear or uncertainty over the Quality of our Outfits. Our Company follows Highest Standards of Quality Control & Inspection (At Par with All Export Norms) and there is ZERO TOLERANCE towards shipping any Defective Product*.  All Trims / Zippers / Accessories (Whatever the Case be) undergo final check under QC Head’s Supervision before they are Packed and moved out. 

Our Robust Multi-Layer Packing will make sure to get your Merchandise in Original Condition.  

TGAC Recommends its International Customers just to Pick their Right Size while making Purchase and leave rest worries on us.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Occasionally stock levels are not up-to-date on our website, which means items may not be available at the time of purchase. The likelihood of this occurring is extremely rare.

If this occurs to an item in your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund towards your Original Mode of Payment. 



CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER / CANCELLATION

If you require any changes to your order, including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, contact Client Services - hello@tgac.co.in immediately.

If your order has already been processed, TGAC accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. 

Cancellation is Permissible Within 2 Hours of Placing the Order subject to a Cancellation Fee of 2.50% of the Sale Value and the same will be adjusted while making the Refund.  

Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the client incurring Redirection fees. TGAC reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
