Shipping (INDIA)

 ORDER PROCESSING

All the orders are processed for shipment within 2 Business days for India (Counted from the Next Day of Placing the Order). 

Orders are Shipped Monday to Friday EXCEPT for Public Holidays and Bank Holidays.

Metro & Tier I City deliveries will arrive within 2-3 business days from the Date of Shipment. However, Regional deliveries may take an additional 2-4 business days. Delivery Times are an Approximation only. We will do our best to get your order to you within those times. However, on rare occasions, there may be circumstances beyond our control that may delay these times. 

When your order has been placed, a Confirmation Email will be sent to your nominated email address along with a Message on your Handphone. 

If there is any delay in processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by Email / Message. 

We endeavour to Ship Orders within our Regular Time Frame during SALE Periods or any Promotional Events. However, Order processing and Delivery times may take additional 2-4 business days.

 

POST SHIPMENT

Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the Shipping email.

All deliveries must be signed for. Ensuring someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 9 am and 6 pm.

We cannot deliver to PO Box, Parcel Locker or Freight Forwarding addresses. Orders to these addresses may lead  to Non-Acceptance Cancellation.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

TGAC offers FREE SHIPPING in INDIA on Most of the Merchandise enlisted on its Website. There will be NO Additional Charges at Check-Out or any stage during Delivery. 

 

DELIVERY PARTNERS

TGAC uses Third Party Integration with SHIPROCKET - India’s Premier E-Commerce Logistics Partner to ship the orders all over India. The Customers can track their Orders Real Time using the Unique  Tracking Codes generated  at the time of shipping. 

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Occasionally stock levels are not up-to-date on our website, which means items may not be available at the time of purchase. The likelihood of this occurring is extremely rare.

If this occurs to an item in your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER / CANCELLATION

If you require any changes to your order, including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, contact Client Services - hello@tgac.co.in immediately.

If your order has already been processed, TGAC accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our RETURNS process is available for changing incorrect items. Please View our RETURN POLICY for details.

Cancellation is Permissible Within 2 Hours of Placing the Order subject to a Cancellation Fee of 2.50% of the Sale Value and the same will be adjusted while making the Refund.  

Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the client incurring Redirection fees. TGAC reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
